The flavors can be intense. It is suggested to only add enough flavor for your particular taste.
My mother adds the Liquid I.V. packets to her water every day. The flavors help her to get the recommended amount of water intake. She particularly likes the Peach, Golden Cherry, and the Pineapple.

Very simple to use and dilutes quickly. Great energy boost and flavor is decent. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the flavor isn't quite what you'd expect for mango, but otherwise great item.
