I cannot say enough about this product it works so well I mean it works so well. make sure you take it on the weekends because it works really well then you're going to feel 10 lbs lighter.

Great product
If you have trouble going to the bathroom, take two of these and I on an empty stomach with water and when you wake up it, smooth and easy with no cramps or pains. The directions say three I thought that was a little too much for me.
