Missing 2 of the 3/16x1-7/16" and 1 of the 7/16x1-3/4" pins but I am not dealing with returning, more of a hassle than just accepting the fact that I was shorted.

Definitely one of those things to keep on hand! Great quality, very sturdy. I used them as “raccoon proof” locks for my chicken coop. I don’t worry about the girls at all now.
