I have owned this trash can now for a year. After going to a friend's house and using their sensor trash can, I felt a review of this trash can would be appropriate.This is the first sensor can I've owned, and I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy having it. I like the fact that the ring holds the trash can bag in place, and hides the trash can bag from being seen.I love the AC adapter, I would not have purchased the can without it. It is very convenient and cost effective to not have to purchase batteries on a regular basis. It has worked flawlessly, we have never had a problem with inconsistency. It opens we want it to, it doesn't open when we don't want it to and it is a great addition to my remodeled kitchen.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy to assemble. Easy to keep it clean. It's a metal can.Put your batteries in (back up) and plug it in the wall. It's ready to open an take your trash. Sometimes when you walk by it. It will just open. It comes with a filter. The company gives you a warranty and coupon for a free filter or free trash bags (3). I choose the filter. Easy to install. Easy to warranty. It took about a week to receive my free filter.

Worked very good for 8-9 days now giving problem for the lid to open. Makes cranking noise. Tried with brand new batteries. Still same. Some time opens half way and some time don’t open. Going to contact seller and see if they can do anything for the lid. If not then I shall return.Will update later and see what seller says.New update.... contacted seller representative name johnathon. Very nice professional gentlemen took care of the problem right away. Tarsh can working great. Excellent service by the manufacturer. So I change to 5 star.

This product worked great for about 6 months. Then, I noticed the port where you plug in the power cord had caved in and would no longer take a charge from an outlet. I decided to get batteries for it since I was past the return timeframe and still wanted to get use out of the product. Then I noticed the plastic piece that clips on to hold in batteries was missing. I couldn’t remember if it was always missing since I originally purchased this to plug into the wall. So now I have a ruler and duct tape securing the batteries in place until I can replace it. Would have liked for it to last longer for the price I paid.

I bought this trash can and it’s been four months in and it’s already rusting on the inside. I called the manufacturer to have it replaced since it’s still under the one year warranty and they told me that they would not replace the body of the trash can. Do not buy this trash can from this manufacturer because they won’t honor their warranty! And the trash can was not cheap. Bad business on the manufacturers part!!!

this is the perfect trash can. the wide long opening lets you dump any oddball stuff, like the vacuum cleaner bin, and hands full of cans, with a no touch it. great! is shorter than a few of the others and wider, just what I needed for my space. its easy to change the bag and the rim holder works very well. I use a 30 gal trash bag in mine and it lasts for a whole week. it has a deodorizer, which I cant tell does anything, but I'm so glad I got the electric one instead of the battery operated one, i'd be buying batteries all the time as it does open when someone stands there doing other things very happy with this

Well constructed, fitment within iso specs. Ez peezee to change your generic 13 gallon trash bags... BONUS...comes with a gasket to hold bag in place, until top is placed back on...2x Bonus.. NO BATTERYS!!! Won't ever have to touch a lid again.

I’ve had a touch-less trash can for years and had to get a new one. This one works perfectly for me as it is plugged in so no need for batteries that are usually in the lid that could and have fallen into the trash. It’s a little shorter than I would like, but the plug in is why I kept it. It opens fast and stays open for a good amount of time b4 closing :)

The media could not be loaded.  I am trying to contact the manufacturer...this sensor garbage can sensor DOESN'T SENSE.It was purchased just 5 weeks ago. Randomly does not sense and open.DO NOT BUY THIS!

The media could not be loaded.  Love this garbage can! Picks up small motions, stays open when hand is over sensor or when clearing off dinner plates. Decently made, some times lid slips to the side of the garbage can. Like the close button for when the garbage gets smelly you can close it quickly before changing the bag! The outside is easy to wipe down just not a huge fan of the filter, gets in the way and touches garbage/food spills on it!

This is right up my alley.I'm lazy. This classy looking can does all the work. Don't forget to remove the clear sticker from the sensor light. It opens faster when you do this.The kitchen bags are hidden under the removeable black rim.Everything is neat and tidy.Love the charcoal filter. Love that it runs off of batteries or the plug in adapter.My husband thinks that it is his new toy.I definitely recommend!😁👌

Looked for a replacement to a motion sensor can we had for years, so far, perfect. Works great, exactly as described. Having the ability to use batteries or plug is fantastic.Worth the money, especially during a pandemic when you don't want to touch anything without sanitizor. Highly recommend!!

This is a great trash can. We've been using this in our bathroom for a few months now and it's perfect, hands free, very reactive. I've had no problems so far with this.The first trash can we received had a dent in it, but it was very easy to return and buy a new one, which was in mint condition.I would recommend this product.
