I've had this scooter for about 2 months now and for about the first 2 weeks it was great (keep note that I used this scooter 4 + times a week) until I get home from work one day and the rear fender broke off of the back of the scooter after I used the latch to close the scooter to carry it, tried for about a week to get a rear fender replacement with no luck, so I just rode it with no rear fender, about another month goes by and it's working fine, until it randomly starts beeping and the brake and throttle don't work, something was wrong with the scooter, now in the manual it says not to take it apart and just to send it to them, but I dont have time, to wait, so I take it apart and realize there is a wire cut off from the mother controller, was a pretty easy fix, works for about another two weeks, one day I'm riding and I realize the scooters downtube is bending... The weld broke in the weld tube, causing bar to bend along with the deck to push itself down, for the price just spend the extra 150 to 200$ for a known scooter so it's at least easy to get replacement parts and make sure it's made with something stronger than aluminum, I know it's light but weak, also get a scooter with air filled tires, very bumpy with solid tires...

Easy to assemble (handle bars) ride is comfortable when on smooth unsegmented pavement or else you'll feel every indentation in the ground due to tires not being air filled. Battery life is overall good, acceleration is fine, power and breaking throttle has a bit too much give for my tastes (maybe I'm just heavy handed) but overall good buy. Only difference I would do is look for one with suspension or air filled tires especially for a urban area with segmented pavements.

I’m trying to get ahold of customer service because the scooter I bought for my son keeps beeping and flashing 10!!! How do I make it stop!!!!!!

Too heavy for kids . I bought the scooter but I returned because it’s was too heavy . They never gave me the money back . I returned 2 weeks ago I’m I still waiting for my reimbursement . Please don’t buy the scooter.

The media could not be loaded.  I am extremely pleased with my scooter. Because I am frequently late for work due to traffic, I decided to get this electric scooter for my transportation. It's simple to operate, quick to install (just four screws), the scooter has just enough range for my commute, and it gets 13MPH swiftly (I weigh 180lbs), so even though that speed isn't very fast, it made me feel comfortable. It simply folds with the folding wrench, and it's light (almost 26 pounds), so I can take it up and down stairs with one hand, and a lady could easily handle it as well. What I like best about it is that has solid rubber tires, it can travel comfortably on uneven roads without leaking air. My buddies often change their tires due to air leaks. This scooter is perfect for me, and I am incredibly satisfied with my purchase.
