Important supplement
Prefer one softgel to previously having to take two. Easy to swallow. Arrived in good shape, don’t get stuck to each other. Am 78, have been taking it for about 20 years.

Tricky label not 600mg
Each pill is not 600mg they are only 200mg so this is only a 20 day supply. I’ve used supplements for years and I’ve never run into packaging that falsely adverse dosage. Do not waste your money.
