These are great knives whatever they cost, but at this price they are a steal. Sharp. balanced, beautifully finished.

These knives have a nice weight to them. Easy to handle - they fit nicely in your hand. The quality is solid. They are good looking knives that come in a nice case. I have had them for a few weeks and am quite happy. No rust - but the key to this as with most knives are to wash them by hand and immediately dry them. Like all the knives I own, I would not put these in a dishwasher.

These have been amazing through 6 months of daily use. They are sturdy and easy to maintain a super sharp edge. My last knives were from Commercial Restaurant Supply and these compare nicely.

The metal seems like good quality. Nice weight, not too heavy. The handle construction is secure and the black on stainless is perfectly executed. Solid construction. Handles feel nice and durable. They come very sharp and in a nice box with foam securely holding knives. Unfortunately my paring knife came defected. The tip was securely hidden behind a plastic point cover. I (think) I can fix this. Looking into a replacement.

The knifes are a nice quality and seem to hold there edge well so far and arrived very sharp.

This set is just about all that's needed in the kitchen -- a bread knife would be a nice addition to the set. Be very careful when using. They are incredibly sharp.

These knifes came in a nice box, they work well and seem ti be durable. 3 sizes in this set, which is all I need.
