Adult-Gero and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification Practice Questions 2013 Paperback – 1 Jan. 2013

As a recent graduate I have explored many resources. This book was really good due to the manner in which the subject-material is divided. It is also a good resource due to the explanations provided as I prepare to take the AANP exam. As with other resources, this resource appears to have the intention of providing preparation for others who are preparing to take the ANCC exam & for exam-takers who will be employed inside hospitals after passing their exam. As a result, the resource is intended to appeal to a broad market.

This book is awesome!!!!. Straight to the point and not complicated. It quickly helped me begin to think critically. I was very confident when I sat for the exam. I actually bought the book two days to the exam. The questions helped me to pass my Adult-Gerontology AANP exam-FIRST ATTEMPT! I took the AANP exam in November 2016. During the exam, I kept praying for Amelie because it was as though the questions were exactly like the questions in this book. Thank you Amelie...Great Job and God bless you.

I used this to study for my Family Nurse Practitioner AANP board exams. I found this book VERY helpful. I did all the questions twice and read the rationales multiple times. I found this coincided greatly with what was actually on the AANP boards. Great study tool.

Great resource but only if you have extra time. If you buy it within the last 3 months before boards, you will be on the wrong path, and you will just make yourself anxious. Buy this book if you intend to use it 6 months before boards. Within the last month, you should only use Hollier review (I used the videos), Leik (that is basically the NP boards holly book that guides you to what you need for boards), and Latrina Welber, who is the best for that last week before boards. In my opinion :-)
