I knew there was going to be trouble when the box left a pile of creamer on the desk where it was delivered. Upon opening the box, I noticed that a few of the packets were coated in the sticky powder. As I further investigated, many of the packets were not sealed properly and some were completely empty. Because I needed the product for an event, I ended up sorting through each packet (500 of them if the product description is to be trusted) to find the ones that could be used. In addition, I had to quickly clean each packet as many of them were sticky from the residue. Overall, not a great experience.

a majority of the packets in the box is hardened however I still use them nonetheless. It's good value for money and very functional. I don't take dairy and whenever I travel I find it have to pay an extra $3 for almond milk to go in my coffee so I walk with these in my purse.
