Q: Can you replace the front wheels for bigger wheels? They aren't big enough to go over snow or grass easily.

You probably could, but then you would no longer have a level platform. Also, you may want to check with the manufacturer to see if that would void any warranty you may have.

Extends to 4 1/2 feet so it should.

Q: Are the rear wheels "flat free"?

As best I can tell, yes there are. There isn’t an air stem and they feel solid
