Esta bien pero no es lo que necesitaba
Esta bien para alguien que aún empieza a estudiar contratos pues te da un panorama resumido de como adquirir obligaciones en el derecho anglosajón pero no lo recomiendo para un abogado mas experimentado por que su información es muy básica.
