Good or bad? It depends.
Not sure what to make of this as I came really close to sending it back! The instructions are comprehensive but don't really help with setting it up. However, I already have TCP bulbs, plugs and CCTV so I was confident I could get the heater linked to the WiFi too.And yet, following the instructions, I just could not pair my phone with it. But, fortunately it turns out, I have another, more basic, smart phone which I take on holidays with me and thought I'd give it a go on that too. And much to my amazement, the cheap, basic phone immediately paired with the heater! Not only that, but it immediately appeared on the TCP app on my better phone too! And it works really, really, well - on both phones.Anyway, it blows out heat really well. Seems to blow cold air too, but difficult to tell its effectiveness in the middle of winter (it's snowing outside). It may be that other users have been unable to pair it with their phone, but believe me, it will pair. You just need the right phone I guess!

Perfect.
Very easy to set up with the app, the range of temperature is good, only thing I’d improve was the strength of the blow. Otherwise 10/10.

Just a fan
This is just a fan. The app is not working if, after 5 hrs manage to connect to the app; after a period (1-2 months), the devices will be delayed, and you will need to start the processes from 0.

Good heater, WiFi setup is a bit tricky
This is a good heater overall, it heats my double bed room very well (quickly). The WiFi setup really was something of a pain, and as the heater doesn’t come with an IR remote you will need to go through WiFi setup in order to use the heater without needing to manually press buttons on the device itself. This shouldn’t be a problem for most, but do be aware that the heater will only connect to a 2.4Ghz frequency WiFi connection - 5GHz or combi/unified 2.4/5Ghz won’t work. This wasn’t an issue for me, but something other buyers should be very aware of. My main issue was that despite the heater being very near (directly underneath) the access point it took 5+ attempts to finally see and then connect to the desired WiFi network, once connected though everything works fine.

You cannot schedule heat !! Only cold !
OK so this is a good quiet little heater, and looks quite stylish. I like it but I've returned it as it is flawed.I bought this with the intention of using the schedule function in the app to have it come on during the night, 12am, 3am etc just to give a bit of a boost overnight. You cannot do this. When you schedule this "heater" to come on, it switches on in FAN mode which is cold / has no heat. So the schedule function as far as heating is concerned is completely redundant. I did post a question and I also asked Amazon for help here, it's not my lack of understanding of how to use it. It cannot schedule heat. One other point - you need to use the app to switch it off or use the main switch on the back which switches it off-off. The instructions say to power it off you hold the power button on the front for 3 seconds. This does not work. I've tried 1 second, 2 seconds, 3 seconds, 4 sec.... and it doesn't work. On / off is basic stuff, why did they make it so hard ?

Good product overall
It works well and is easy to set up. I'm pretty happy with it overall.Only two issues with it:1. The loud beeping isn't great if you want to wake up to your fan/heater (the manufacturer seems to be aware of this and will likely take it into account for newer models.. so if this is an issue for you maybe look for a newer model).2. As far as I can tell there is only one power setting for it, so no way to make it a milder/ stronger breeze.

Good heater, nightmare for wifi
After about an hour of continuously trying I managed to connect to WiFi and everything was working well using Google Assistant. Accidentally put it in pairing mode when switching off manually and it disconnected from WiFi. Have since been unable to connect it again. It works on 2.4ghz and my router is dual band but still won't connect. I'm considering returning if I cannot resolve issue after contacting Internet service provider to see if they can offer advice.
