Worth the price
A perfect fit in the tank and looks so natural which is exactly what I wanted for my bioactive enclosure. It’s on the pricey side, but honesty I feel like it’s worth it because the alternatives are either a different prefab background that’s really fake looking or I spend almost the same amount and hours making a custom background. And unlike a custom, I can easily remove this if I ever need to.

Nice big sheets of cork bark.
Nice big sheets of cork bark made to fit the 18"x24" ZooMed enclosures. Sheets came in pretty flat, with just a very slight bow to them and that's just what bark does even after it's been flattened. When I go to use it I will soak it in hot water and then weight it to correct the bow while it dries. Bonus was that these were on sale for 1/2 the price.

the top layer that looks like bark has a very bark-like feel to it as ...
It fit perfectly in my Chameleon's enclosure and he loves it. No more of that Styrofoam stuff that comes off and makes a mess of his cage. This cork background has two layer to it, the top layer that looks like bark has a very bark-like feel to it as well. It is rigid and provides good stability. The back layer is where the actual cork section is. Others have complained that the board was warped or misshapen somehow. I experienced none of these problems. Overall this is a very good product

My lizards love to climb it. Very natural looking.
I used the background in my Green keel bellied lizards 24x18x24 Exo Terra tank. I bought an extra panel since my tank was too big for just one. I cut out the extra strip I needed using a jigsaw. I put the tank on its back and added silicone to it. Then I placed the panels on the silicone. I put books as weights on the panels and left it to dry for 24 hrs. I had a small gap on one side due to the way I cut. I filled this with brown silicone and then sprinkled dirt on it to hide the bead of silicone. Now crickets can’t hide in that gap.Two things to note:1. The size of the panel is cut to specifically fit 18x24 exo terra tanks or zoo med tanks, not standard aquariums.2. If you are getting mold, then there’s not enough air movement in your tank. I have most of my screen top covered with plexi glass and I still don’t get mold (although I have spring tails in my tank who eat it).

Overpriced for the quality of it
warps right when you open it, dimensions were off, so i had to cut it and flatten it after

Works fine for my purposes.
I had originally bought this to use as a ramp for a turtle to access her basking area. I forgot the cork floats real well and she had problems getting on the ramp. Plus, it stains the water a tea color. So, I now have it in her basking area along with a piece of slate for choices.

Expensive but worth it!
I'm so glad I chose to splurge on this cork sheet. I purchased 2 and was worried about the cost, but once I got them siliconed in to their terrariums, I was more than happy. They help give extra realistic grip to my pet's enclosure and help to maintain stable humidity levels. I've had them installed in their separate tanks (one maintains 70% humidity on average, the other around 50%) with no sign of mold after over a month. I'm very happy with the quality of this product!
