Works well.
This is a nice little cooler. It is small enough to easily fit behind the grill, or any other reasonable location. I did not use the mounting rod things. This cooler is very light weight. But I still do not trust those little rod things to not eventually cause damage to the radiator, especially in an off-road vehicle on rough roads. I fabricated little mounting brackets on the radiator support. So far the cooler has held-up fine with no leaks.

Everything you need to get the job done.
The highway brine solution ate through the stock cooler on my 2005 TrailBlazer. PSF was pouring out of the front of the vehicle in a line under the radiator. This kit contained everything I needed to get the job done. I was very happy with it. You will need to be generally mechanically inclined for automotive work to do this yourself. Note that the length and area of this cooler is about 12" x 3" with one tube looping twice through it like a "U". Compare this cooling surface area to your stock cooler. (It was 1/2 the size of my stock cooler) You can string two of these together in series to get the same cooling capacity. Just locate them both where they get some air flow under the hood. It is easy and works well (But it does double the total cost of the repair; however, locating two of these small ones might be easier than trying to find a spot for a larger one.) Just follow the directions. Do not cut the rubber hose loop until you know exactly where the final placement and orientation of the cooler(s) will be. This kit added a few more years to the life of a tired old beast.

Installed on my TJ, placed low on the v-brace.
Seems ok. Like other reviews mention, the hose is very difficult to slide onto the fittings. There wasn’t enough included in the kit for my routing so I bought some additional hose at local auto parts store. I used nicer hose clamps than what was included. Used a two 3/4” suspension clamp / cable clamps to mount it with the included zip tie things. Required excellent finger dexterity to pull off. Seems solid enough. Survived a day at Windrock. -1 star bc of the hose.

Time will tell
Running on a silverado hydroboost brake/power steering. 3/8 hose barbs to pump & rack hoses. There is no good stock replacement for these trucks. Dorman comes w bent lines & Ac Delco can rust like oemHad to put this cooler in my gut, lube the hose w pb blaster and SHOVE it into the supplied hose. The fins are delicate. But Twisting hose wasnt enough. The other hose went on easy

07 gmc denali 6.2 v8
2 months since i replaced my OEM cooler in my denali with this one & have had no issues... didn’t fit in the exact spot as the OEM but has been performing fine with slight adjustment to side of radiator & was no headache to adjust ... comes with all needed parts, new hoses.great buy, great price.all in all from popping my hood to closing it at finish was about 25 minutes. no more losing oil & awful whine.10/10 would recommend.

Nice cooler
I am running this on a power steering system. It comes with quality hose and was enough to plump into my existing setup with some barbs. The hose is the proper size for the cooler with a nice tight fit but the provided band clamps are large and have a long pig tail you need to either cut off or deal with not rubbing. The zip ties are cheep and one broke on me during install. Overall this is a nice cooler and comes with most of what you need to install it
