It’s pretty salty but then again most caviar is a but it tasted good I had it on a bagel with cream cheese and tomato and cucumbers and it was delicious

A lot more than You think, I actually end up throwing away a lot of it as after 2 days, I’m not risking food poisoning! Could be half the size. Tastes great though!

The eggs were extremely small and really isnt a caviar. Nice taste but nothing special.

I was trying a recipe that called for caviar topping. I’m not sure how caviar taste but found this to be very pretty but extremely salty and fishy. I know it’s not the expensive stuff. Threw out the jar.

We’ve never had caviar but my daughter is planning to purchase a few ounces of Beluga for our New Year’s celebration so I decided to order this and sorta give it a try.We loved it. I made blinis, we purchased creme fraîche at our local store and a package of Scottish smoked salmon, we paired it all together and it was wonderful! I will say that you should definitely go easy on the caviar, I topped my blinis with a little too much of it and it was a bit too salty but the creme fraîche cut the saltiness back some.The amount of caviar in this jar is generous, great value for your money.
