Works amazingly for motion sickness
My 8 year old has been taking ginger root for 2 years because he gets sick riding the bus on WV roads. I found this inplace of the high dollar all natural option that was out there. Highly recommend and tell everyone I know. The price is great as he takes it every night except on weekends year round.

Works well to soothe stomach upset...nausea. But it can cause heartburn. I try to drink a lot of water with it. Capsules are a little large.
