I needed something to install my weather station onto and this was perfect. Sturdy when tightened up and it has withstood some pretty strong winds here recently, and hasn't moved at all.

I used it for my satellite dish. Ofcourse with a wind there is some small movement because its a long, hollow, bent aluminium tube. However this hasn't caused a signal problem. The tube could easily be cut down if needed, so good value. The mounting was fine also. It can be easily adjusted to give the best position for the satellite signal and would work just as well on any antenna in the loft or outside.

I bought this for a weather station mounting (as you can see from the photos). Lightweight, but sturdy. It has 6 holes for securing it with you OWN screws. I see a few comments about people being disappointed about no screws coming with it, but it completely depends on what material you’re mounting it to - therefore you need to select what is suitable!I used 5x70mm wood screws, the heads were large enough to hold it without using washers.Only installed today, so can’t provide further feedback on longevity etc, but I’m very happy with my purchase.

Came in two days. Well packaged. Robust and very light. Large fixing holes in base plate mean that you may need washers around fixing screw heads (but this far better than dealing with fine tolerances up a ladder!!). Easy to adjust pole (you will need appropriate spanner or small adjustable spanner).Used to hold quite a large TV aerial in a very windy setting - rock solid.I feel that this item is very good value and strongly recommend.
