Good bang for the buck
Stays cool for me, runs strong and is very compact in size. It is powering 2 pairs of 6x8s in my truck and doesn't introduce any noise and is loud and clear.

Great amp
I was honestly torn when I bought this amp I’m using it to run two component speakers upfront and two 6 x 9‘s in the rear of my car. I always thought that I would need a class AB amplifier in order to get the sound quality that I really wanted out of my speakers, sure a class D amp would be fine for subs but not for the speakers. I was absolutely wrong this amp sounds great. I can’t thank the people at CT sounds enough for making such an awesome product!

Very powerful amp
Well 1st for the nags, coming from the ct sounds 80x4 assumed it would be a direct swap, well the speaker connects plus/minus are reversed so are the rca’s on the 150x4. No channel 1/2, or 3/4 indicator for gain adjustment row which 80x4 had . Now for the good, this was a good upgrade as it stays cool unlike previous amp, sounds great , pushing pair of 6x9 and 6.5 kicker KS series speakers. Except for a few nags this is great amp

Best bang for your buck.
The media could not be loaded. Paired with a set of Meso 6x9s and eventually a set of Meso 3 way components. Video is with just the two 6x9s as shown. Gotta say this is the best 4ch amp I’ve ever purchased. Super compact to fit just about anywhere and packs a really big punch for the price. I’d recommend this amp to anyone looking for a 4 channel amp for their car! Outperforms RFs equivalent prim amplifier and for a cheaper price and you don’t have the RF brand on the amp. Definitely satisfied with my purchase and won’t be the last of my CT Sounds products!

Stopped Working
I am a little disappointed with this amplifier considering I know CT Sounds makes some great products. Not disappointed due to its sound or output, but because it didn’t last long at all before it stopped working. For starters, I will be comparing this to my other 4-channel car amplifier, the NVX JAD800.4.The NVX JAD800.4 amplifier has lasted me a good 4 years now. It has gone through many long road trips, and doesn’t get hot. It actually still works, but the reason I bought this CT Sounds 4-channel amplifier is because my HPF knob on my NVX amp for my front speakers broke inside the unit, and just spins, so I can’t adjust the hz for the HPF.The reason why I am giving this CT Sounds CT 150.4D amplifier a 3-star rating is because it didn’t even last me a month. I took it on a 5hr road trip, and by the fifth hour of playing music (mind you at the same volume level I played my NVX at), the amplifier went into protection mode, and after checking all fuses, connections, and wires, the amplifier won’t work. It basically fried itself, which is a shame. So it didn’t last long at all for a class D amplifier, that’s rated at 150W X 4 RMS @ 4ohms. My speakers are Audison Voce K6 components, and are 4 ohm rated mind you.I will say that when this CT Sounds amplifier was working, the sound it produced was clean and loud, with no distortion. I was telling my friends how good my system sounded with this amp, so sound quality wise, I give it a 4.5, but it just didn’t last long at all, so that’s a big letdown. I didn’t notice much, if any heat, coming from this amplifier either, so to say the amplifier overheated is hard for me to believe. My NVX JAD800.4 amp is also a class D amp, and it puts out 120W RMS X 4 @ 4ohms, which is less than this CT Sounds CT -150.4D amplifier, but it has never given me any problems. I’ve taken numerous amounts of 8+ hour road trips with it, and never a hiccup. The broken knob on it is solely my fault because I turned it too hard and broke it inside. So my thoughts on this comparison is that I just prefer the NVX amplifier over the CT Sounds amplifier, for the ability to actually LAST! I won’t say CT Sounds is horrible. It sounded great while it lasted, but I just wish it lasted. I hope I’m just one of the unlucky ones to have a bad amplifier, but considering there are other reviews that say theirs didn’t last long either, I have to assume that it’s just not built very well. The NVX JAD800.4 amp I believe is discontinued, but it was around the same price as this CT Sounds amp. Yes, this CT Sounds amp has a higher RMS rating, but the NVX amps provide more adjustability, which is a plus. If you want a NVX amp that’s equivalent in power to this CT Sounds amp, you’ll be paying around $50-80 more, but in my eyes, it’s worth the cost for an amp that you’ll get more adjustment and better longevity out of.
