I’ve even added grilled chicken and broccoli to turn it into a full meal. Honestly one of the best healthier mac and cheese options I’ve tried. My son who has autism loves the Goodles Shella Good Aged White Cheddar Pasta! He would only eat that other brand that starts with a "K" then just stopped eating it! We kept buying different types of Mac & Cheese for him to try! When we bought this one to try, it was a big hit so now when he goes shopping he will only pick this one! Not a bad price and it actually tastes really good along with having quality ingredients!

You’d never know it’s not traditional boxed Mac & Cheese! Glad I found a yummy alternative to high carbs! Sauce is creamy too. Definitely on my weekly shopping list.

This is very tasty and the pasta is a nice consistency. I made it with 1/4 cup whole milk and a tablespoon of Smart Balance Buttery Spread and the sauce came out great. I also like to add a little sriracha to give it a bit of a spicy kick. I love that this provides more protein and is a healthier choice than "regular" mac & cheese brands. I'm glad I tried it and will definitely buy more.
