This is just the right size for a small family or single person. The folding legs make it is easy to store. The tilt feature is great when making burgers or bacon. The non-stick surface makes clean-up a breeze.

Excellent. It's very spacious and heats up super fast.

First of all, I needed a fairly small griddle for pancakes only. This is the perfect size. So let me start with PRO's. The size is great. My first batch of pancakes were perfect. Just below 350 degrees (on the dial), 90 seconds for first side, 60 seconds on other. No oil or grease needed for clean release. Easy to clean. Now the CON's. The heat control is installed in the back of the griddle. You cannot see the light without leaning over the griddle. My wife is 5'1" and cannot see it. I set the heat dial to 350. When the ready light went off (about 5 minutes), I used my infrared thermometer to check surface temps. Temps in the corners were 354, 413, 398 and 373 degrees. Center was 330. I let is sit another 5 minutes until the temperature light came on and went off. Checked temps again and it was between 352 and 359 all over the griddle. At this point I poured the batter with the above results. Next, drip tray is very flimsy and will fall out easily. Be careful. Folding legs and tilt feature is also flimsy. Time will tell how long it takes before they fail. I purchased the 4-year protection plan so that I can get it replaced when it breaks. My recommendation is to let the griddle heat thoroughly for at least 10-15 minutes before pouring the batter.

This is the second griddle of this kind that I have bought. I dropped the last one and broke it. It was getting old and used alot so I was ready for a new one. I looked at others but there isn't anything out there as good . I love how it folds up and I can place it in the cupboard with other cooking trays. My husband's does alot of cooking too and he wanted me to buy the same as we had before.

I popped this open to check if everything was okay. All was good due to good packaging.First, I was amazed by the lack of weight. But that's not an indication of lack of substance. This has a very strong feel when the legs are extended. Very sturdy. After giving it a good wash, decided to give it a quick try with two eggs. Just the eggs and the skillet. It was successful.Then the real test. Saturday morning. Bacon, French Toast and eggs. All cooked perfectly with just a touch of butter for taste. Clean-up was with a dish cloth and a paper towel. And the folded up skillet fits perfectly in the drawer below the oven.In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse this device and would purchase it again.

Edges are sharp/rough and the legs fold in too easily.
