This is a great dishwasher at a reasonable price. Love the 3rd pull out tray for silverware. It takes just a bit longer to organize it as you load the dishwasher, but so quick to unload!

The dishwasher works sometimes and other times will not turn on. Very disappointed.

So I hate assigning this rating to this dishwasher. Once its actually working, I am sure I will change my mind. However in my case shipping of this product was problematic. I actually got three shipping dates, depending on where I was in the process - there were no reasons given for this so I ended up getting the product almost 3 weeks after i purchased it. I actually did contact the shipping company on the third time and got a BS response as to why the date got delayed again. Secondly, once I installed it, it appears to be a dud aka it does not work, won't do dishes and all it does is cycle the water pump. So I called the company for warrantee service and have not been able to use the device. To make things more challenging, since I live in a rural environment, I have to work with a 3rd party and schedule an appointment for them to come out and fix the system. While I understand not having people around who can fix this in all areas of the US, its a bit surprising that I need to make those calls to the third party and set up an appointment to get this looked at. You may wonder what I had before? Well, 9 months ago I purchase the previous model to this dishwasher and it was awesome, no issues - however then we had the 1000 year flood and it was the only appliance that got damaged. Since the warrantee does not cover flood damage - quite understandable - I took it to get repaired on my dime and come to find out you can't get parts for it any longer. In fact, my 8-month old dishwasher has been end-of-liffed and can't be repaired. I am getting less and less excited about this awesome dishwasher due to logistical missteps by Bosch - a bit sad. So now i am working to set up an appointment in two weeks to get someone to look at the dishwasher and try to figure out why i have a dud and hopefully fix it.

Great product. Dishwasher is virtually silent. Dishes come out great. Bosch is the one to buy. Very happy

Easy install. Runs so quiet with long cycles that it has a red light that indicates that it is running

Bought this from Best Buy 4-6 months ago. Got it because our previous dishwasher was as loud as a chain saw. Maybe we neglected to tell the Gainesville Best Buy sales manager that we also wanted clean dishes! It's quiet for sure, in fact so quiet you hardly know it's running. Coincidentally, when you go to pull out the "clean" dishes, you also have to wonder if it was ever running since they have little pieces of crud on them. Including the glasses we use for drinking. We've had a technician come out, he couldn't find anything obviously wrong. Now after using specific soap/rinse aid as recommended by servicer, dishes remain dirty after wash cycle. We are expecting Bosch to arrange for another service, maybe they'll agree to exchange but we sure hope they will allow us to receive our money back. If so I will amend my review to reflect them working with us on this. Oct 13 update: a Bosch certified technician cane out and re-examined the machine. He found clogged jets in the upper sprayer. This was due to the need to properly close the top tray into a receptacle or food particles will backwash into mechanism. There do not appear to be specific directions for this procedure in owners manual amd the door can be closed w/o fully seating the upper tray. Also, he set the hot water to a higher setting in machine to help break up food particles better. Now the machine works well.

I had this professionally installed a few weeks ago and it works like a charm. It is relatively quiet and cleans dishes really well. I have nothing negative to say about it. I hope it lasts well!
