Easy to install being a builder, well pleased does what it says

The packaging inside the box was open batteries were in the remote and not sealed there is debris on the filter the tubing for drain if is missing but will see how it goes in use

This unit I find to be excellent. I have it in a very hot conservatory and it keeps the temperature to an acceptable level. It is quieter than a large fan. Easy to move around as it is on castors.Large pipe goes out of a window and you will need to buy a net curtain seal to stop flies coming in and some heat out.

Just the job this summer to ensure a cold nights sleep. Easy to install but just needed a hose extension to put the ac unit in the right on ace in bedroom. Thinking of getting a 2nd one for another room.

Very disappointing left it to settle for 48 hours before using.Warmed my room up opposed to cooling.NoisyKept running on highNow I have to wait up to 3 weeks for a refund because the carrier is inefficient I would think twice before buying anything large from here again!Feeling very disappointed with this company currently
