Hasn’t made an impact for us
Have brought these as was recommended to give magnesium for my child who struggles to sleep. These haven’t made a difference to her sleep but she takes these without a problem. the taste is nice and she takes two a couple of hours before bed. Still continuing as she doesn’t take everyday due to forgetting so will still continue for a couple more months to see

My daughter said how horrible these taste, I tried one and she's right.She didn't want to take them after that. I didn't notice any difference in her sleep.

Great for kids at bedtime

Just received my package give it to my asd daughter and she just vomit it taste is disgusting don't know how they will accept it or not if I send back
