Back Saver
easy to: order - set up - use - and store, very sturdy - made from good quality materials with good machining and finishes - a huge back and hernia saver, moving our loaded utility and travel trailers in tight quarters on hard, soft, uneven and sloped surfaces - one of the best purchases we have made recently - thank you - respectfully - retired aerospace engineerOn the delivery side of things, we are very disappointed with our local USPS carrier. They received this very early on a Saturday morning, then failed to deliver it for 2 days without any attempts to do so - and NO notification to us - I had to go to the post office on Monday to inquire where they informed me for the 1st time that it was being held there for me to pick up - no reason or explanation or apology was offered - further they then falsified a Failed/Missed Delivery ticket which we received in the mail Monday - the ticket states that they attempted delivery on Saturday but there was no one at home - a lie - we were home all day on that day and there was no attempted delivery - we suspect that they were just to lazy to load and complete the delivery - so much for delivery by the USPS - unfortunately typical in our area - recommend another carrier - no USPS please

A safety hazard, doesn't meet spec, and should be avoided.
Just don't. Unfit for purpose. Very disappointing, especially at the price. Read on for the safety issues and faults.1. The coupling you need to rotate, so that you can steer, has no bearings at all. It’s two steel tubes slid tight, one inside the other, metal on metal, cheap and nasty as it gets. Needless to say, it sticks and is a battle to put together and take apart every time.2. Their advertising videos show an empty trailer, on a dead flat, clean concrete surface. With a real trailer at even 2500 pounds (it’s rated at 3500) on a slightly cracked concrete surface typical of must work areas, you don’t stand a chance. I’m a 6ft 200 pound guy and eventually gave up because the cheap metal handle was bending so much I was concerned it would break under load and injure me.3. The clips that are meant to hold on the tightening spanner are razor sharp, and I mean sharp like a razor blade. I slashed my hand just picking the thing up. I guess it’s okay for me to work with an infected hand as long as the manufacturer saves 10 cents on the clips. At any workplace, this thing is a lawsuit and an OSHA violation waiting to happen.

Tow dolly
We have a 3,000 lb travel trailer. It moved it easily with some extra man power help.

Do not recommend for anything on than VERY light trailers! However is well made & Good Cust Service
First, I would like to say that Parkit360 has some great customer service. The listing which is incorrectly labeled as 2" & 2 5/16" balls as it actually comes with 1 7/8" and 2" balls... I contacted the company and they shipped the 2 5/16" ball quickly. Their customer service is why this is not a 2 star or lower review.Secondly, I am impressed with the product build quality. Very well powder coated, solid wheels and handle, tight fittings across the board.HOWEVER - there is absolutely no way this is able to move a 3,000lb trailer. I have a 2,260lb two axle enclosed trailer. I am also a fairly strong person and not "little" person. I put my trailer on this dolly and the amount of effort to try and turn this was extraordinary. I then tried to push this up a 4% grade and barely could move this 1' before I stopped putting pressure on and the trailer rolled right back to the wheel stop, and with no brake, I would absolutely not try to push this with any risk it could roll back down somewhere. When in its level parking spot on 1 1/2" solid packed rocks, it wont budge as the wheel is soft enough that it just catching on the rocks from the tongue weight.Great concept, well made, but really should be call "scout trailer dolly for 1,500lbs and below trailers"

Good product
Item arrived on schedule. Works as advertised. The video instructions on the sellers site is very useful on how to use the product. Reason for 4 stars and not five:1. The tire was underinflated on delivery. I had to use my own compressor to inflate it.2. There is a minimal installation needed to mount the brackets for the steel rod wrench on the handle. This itself is not a problem, but (a) the hex screw driver needed to tighten the screws does not come with the item and I had to use my own, (b) the holes on the handle for the mounting screws on the rod are probably not threaded or too small. I was unable to tighten them by hand and had to use my power screw driver.Overall, subject to the above issues, it is a very good product and I will not hesitate to buy again and I have no hesitation in recommending the product to those who can overcome the issues I faced.

Rolling
Great idea. We use it to move the dolly tow for our car to and from the RV. this thing is small enough to fit in the rear storage without disassembly. Very well made and is easy to use.

the device does not work on natural ground
at first the device worked great. as the surface moving on became rougher, the unit failed. although it was tightly attached according to direction, the ball pulled out of the connector. I was using the proper ball size but it looks like it bent the trailer fitting. i had to jack up the trailer several times (as the problem repeated several time) before i got the boat positioned correctly. the concept is great but the application failed.

Seamless option
I had to write a review on the Park It 360 because it’s a great product. We had to park our 3,000 lb camper in a space that was difficult to enter. We were all surprised at the ease using this dolly. Worth every cent!
