Even in his busy time of year I received the item on the 30th with standard shipping.*** Customer Service --> I contacted Purfumania on the 28th to inquire when my item would ship. They told me that they where waiting verification from my credit card company. I paid with Amazon credits!!! So they lied to me, regardless it shipped the day I contacted them. With every purchase you also receive 3 sample vials.***** Quality of product --> Received completely fresh, not stale, not factory second, not grey market. It is too sweet for my nose. BUT LADIES LOVE THIS FRAG!!! You will get a lot of compliments with this. I do not want to sound crude or gross, and I do not mean to offend anyone (people are too sensitive these days) but this fragrance has been referred to as a "panty dropper"-----------------------------------------------Past Fragrance Purchases-------------------------------------------------When I purchase online, I take it to the department store to test out. ALWAYS do this, and do not throw the box away instantly. The box can many times show you signs if you suspect the product to be factory second or grey market. Factory second refers to a fragrance that the manufacturer has not sold yet, and has deemed to be "to old to sell". So, what they do is take the registrations and ID off of the box package, and many times remove serial numbers from the bottles, then reseal the package. These will never make it to a department store, but they seem to make their way to Amazon. Amazon then sells them as "New". IMO, if the package has been opened, and the contents altered, these are no longer "NEW". Also since they are "OLD", more than likely they are stale or they will not last much longer.For now on, I will only purchase frags online from a company that also has brick and mortar stores throughout the USA, like Sephora or Purfumania.Purchases Directly from Amazon:2x A*Men --> Both factory second, registration codes cut from box. Stale and weak1x Terre d'Hermes --> Factory second, ID etched off of bottle. Best smelling cologne on earth! Well, in my opinion. Bought this for my fiance....hopefully he likes it. If not, I will totally wear it myself, cause it just smells that amazing.

I brought this not knowing what to expect since I've only read the reviews. I was surprised at first the way it smelled but it after an hour it just lingered and smelled amazing. I love it!
