This is the second one I’ve purchased - one for me, one was gifted. It is fast, precise and no-fuss. My friend has used it for nearly a year and still loves it. I’ve had it a few months with no issues. Great, quality product. The only improvement, if it made sense (I don’t know if it would) is to have it be insulated so that it stays warm if you don’t use all the hot water at once. It’s nit-picky, to be sure. I highly recommended the unit as is!

No sabía que me hacía falta este tipo de tetera hasta que tuve está. Es una maravilla poder controlar la temperatura del agua, el sabor del te verde cambia sustancialmente al infusionarlo de 70 a 80 grados centígrados. Además está tetera tiene la función de mantener a la misma temperatura hasta 90 minutos... Es una pasada. Increíble producto. Le doy 5 estrellas. Tengo otras dos que son para poner sobre la estufa, pero la versatilidad que te da mantener la temperatura es de lo mejor. También el café queda increíble al infusionarlo a la temperatura adecuada.... Es una pasada.... Y si flujo es perfecto, sin turbulencia y sale a 90 grados angulares ideal para verter sobre el cafe. Solo desearía 2 cosas para está tetera , la primera es que tenga mas capacidad 1200ml sería ideal, la segunda es que fuese aislada para evitar que se puedan quemar accidentalmente los niños pequeños. Pero aún así es un 10 de 10.

I put it on my office desk and make tea every work day. It has nice body curves. It goes with my expensive teas. My plan is to live like this till I retire. However, it started some ticking noise for a few minutes and died yesterday. Totally silent. Dead cold 10 months since I bought it new. Its lifespan is only 10 months.

I like this style of kettle very much. When I usually drink Chinese tea, the lightweight kettle is very comfortable to use, the boiling time is fast, it can be kept warm, the appearance is beautiful, and the most important thing is that it will not spill.

Small, easy to use and very quick to heat up water.

I love this Kettle. Just be careful, the body and lid gets very hot! Be sure to only touch the handle when it gets going.

I was super excited when my kettle arrived. It was perfect, working great. Easy to keep clean and love the temp control option. However, it recently stopped working only after purchasing 4 months ago. It won't power on any longer and I tried all the troubleshooting steps. I've reached out to soulhands support in hopes to get a replacement. Based on this experience I DO NOT recommend purchasing this product unless you want to risk the product to stop working only after 4 months. Even if it can be replaced, the hassle isn't worth it.
