If I could give it zero stars I would. I bought to put on my food truck and purchased it at a higher price than other open signs because it had a faster shipping time. I needed it as soon as possible because I open up at night time and if people don't see my open sign they assume I'm closed. Amazon discounted it for the inconvenience of arriving late, but what good is a discount on a product that is not functioning properly. This product doesn't flash and doesn't have the the blue outside lights. I called Amazon and asked for a replacement but they said since it was already discounted and that they would not be able to replace the faulty item.

Works good but too small for my establishment.
