Is this also anti-whip net?

My experience with this net is that it very rarely "whips", but I have been disappointed in its durability. The one I purchased previously was much heavier-duty and lasted a couple of years. This one only lasted a few months.

What is the actual measurement of this net's length? Thank you!

I am not sure but it appears to me the regular normal dive for a regulation type of basked. Quality was good and we were satisfied with it

Will this work for a swimming pool hoop?

I think it would work. It is very sturdy and has held up very well.

Is size 1 and 6 the size of the nets or is it that I get 6 nets? Because I want 6 nets!

I just responded but double checked my order I got the size 1 for around 7 dollars and it was a normal size. I don't know what a size 6 is
