Fiskars Classic Loop Handle Pnk Rotary Cutter 45mm, White/Blue

I love this rotary cutter. I recently started learning to sew and I was constantly borrowing one of the other women's rotary cutters when I went to class. Shopping around for my own most craft stores carry these for $20-30 and they're the orange/gray combo. This is EXACTLY the same, but at a much (at least at the time I purchased it) more affordable price for a novice sewist. At the next class I compared mine to my friend's and they're the same weight, width, feel and blade quality. I actually prefer this one because the white/dark blue combo stands out more to me. It cut smoothly and I like this shape better than some others I've used. The push button on the top and side release and retract/lock the blade easily. It's hollow/lightweight plastic but it feels pretty solid so it should last a while. Great Fiskars blade. I'm going to keep an eye on the price to try and pick up a second one!

I love this rotary cutter, cuts great

I love rotary cutters that protect my fingers when I am using them. These cutters only expose the blade on the bottom side, so that I can use them with confidence that I won't accidentally cut myself. They are very comfortable to use.

Cuts well and the handle felt good until I was cutting. When pressing forward to cut, the button on the side was too close to my thumb and I often ended up closing the blade before I was done cutting.

I am just learning to quilt and dollar signs kept flashing in my face with all the tools I needed to buy. This rotary cutter was half the price of anything I could find in the stores and as far as I am concerned, it works just as good. It is easy to use and it makes the cut!
