I was having dizzy spell and dr.prescribed something for the dizzyness. I went back to the pharmacist andasked about it and suggested dramamine. I ony took that when I went cruising for ocean fishing. ANYWAY........it works wonderful for dissyness. I believe Driminate is a generic. Also,, very inexpensive

Eric Dramamine at a far lower price. Needed to buy some in an emergency at a local drugstore. I don’t want to talk about how expensive they are per pill compared to this.

puts me to sleep if i take 2-3. (From what i hear, there are better meds for nausea and motion sickness. I suspect many if not most buy it to sleep because it wears off well before 8hrs, and doesn't seem habit forming ...or not seriously). Would be nice if it came with alternative to plastic made of corn or something.

I’ve been taking the chewy Meclizine tablets for a few years. I’m on these meds that I have to take daily, and the worst side effect from taking them is motion sickness. I did get motion sick when I was a kid like on the school bus or during car rides. It kinda stopped when I turned around 12. So I got to go on carnival rides at least during my younger teen years with 0 motion sickness, it was great. Then around age 19 I had to start these meds. And they brought it allll back. Violent motion sickness. The kind where you get vertigo, and nauseas to the point where you probably will end up throwing up, covered in sweat for no reason, feeling literally sick sick sick. Like oh we reached out destination? Cool, I need to nap now. You guys go have fun while I recover. So I started taking the Meclizine chewy’s before I had to go in the car. They worked for a bit. Now I’m 28 and they seemed to stop working last year. Dramamine DOES work and help, but it’s expensive! And I’m poor. So I found these. They work great. As long as you make sure to take them 45-60 minutes before going in the car or whatever it is thats giving you motion sickness, you’ll be okay. I honestly can’t really tell if they make me drowsy or not because I’m a naturally exhausted person. These work great though, and the price is right. I get 3 bottles at a time, order some more when I crack open the last bottle, and life is okay. Mostly.
