Q: What is warranty length. stone fell off rim

Fossil watches are covered by a two-year limited warranty (one-year for smartwatches, one-year for jewelry/leather goods) with proof of purchase. This warranty covers the internal components of the watch, as well as the hands, number markers, and stem. External components and watches outside of the warranty period are subject to fees. We suggest keeping a copy of the receipt for your records. Please contact FG Services for further information on how to start your repair.

Q: How do you remove links? Does it come with a tool or do you need a jeweler to do?

My boyfriend was able to do it for me but I bought a tool Kit on Amazon for about $10 when purchased the watch. We definitely had to take links off.

Q: What color are the hands? Do they glow in the dark? Is it hard to read the watch (if the hands don’t glow)?

Hello there! The hands of this watch are a cream color and do not provide the lume feature.
