HDMI to AV

This device worked as intended to just have to keep in mind whatever device you connected to the resolution may not be as good not because of the device manually because of the device you're connecting it to may not support a higher resolution but at least the device works

Wonlyus HDMI to RCA, 1080p HDMI to AV 3RCA CVBs Composite Video Audio Converter Adapter was easy to set up & use on my old Samsung TV that would otherwise be unusable for me as I had cancelled my satellite due to expense. Video quality with a Roku box is great; the converter box is small, black & unobtrusive behind the TV. Despite the TV being old, the converter was compatible with the TV & the Roku 4K. Only thing you need extra are cables if you don't already have cables to run from TV to converter box.

I bought this to connect to my Roku to my CRT tv and can confirm it is compatible. It’s very small which helps with hiding it. The signal quality is okay, but only outputs in 1080p so there is pillarboxing on my TV. The setup is straightforward as well. I’m only taking a star away because the product itself feels a little cheap.

Many other reviewers have mentioned a blurry or scrambled picture which i also had a problem with. The provided power cord might not be needed if whatever you're plugging into the hdmi itself is powered like a roku, fire tv, xbox etc. That was my issue, works perfectly now. Only works one way hdmi converted to av hookups (red, yellow, white).

Bought this to try to connect an SNES Mini Classic to a CRT. It connects but doesn’t have the ability to crop 16:9 down to 4:3. If you have something that outputs 4:3 via HDMI, it works OK. I was able to connect a PC via HDMI out to a CRT with this and adjust the aspect ratio to 4:3 for use with emulators. Wish it worked better but I’ll keep it. Wouldn’t buy again though.

This one works! I tried so many HDMI to RCA connections and none of them worked, except this one!

It’s great, but stopped working after 4 months

I have an ancient Toshiba TV. I'm talking 28 years plus. My wife, who is also ancient, likes it, almost as much as she likes me, so she won't get rid of either. At the moment she sees more of it than she does of me due to gardening duties, and although we have freeview, was getting a little bored with the usual offerings. In the back room I have a Sony TV, a teenager by comparison, and as it has an HDMI socket I have a Fire Stick connected and consequently a much bigger field to hunt in when the fancy takes. Recently I have been getting the green eye from the other room because of the amount of content I have available. Although there is nothing to stop the boss from joining me, she has a favourite chair, and so would rather starve than feast. This is not good. So I looked at the possibility of combining modern technology with the old . Not by getting her a toy boy, but by playing what I had on her baggy old TV; and, courtesy of Amazon, came across this little device. Considering the technology it incorporates it's a snip. It took three minutes to connect and go from cave to rave. In addition you also need an RCA to RCA cable, that's the one with red, white and yellow male connectors, and a USB plug to attach to the provided USB cable. Pity they don't do it as a complete kit for a few extra shillings. Looks like I'm going to have to get another chair.

Have it for 2 weeks and work great

I mini HDMI 2AV is not working. I have tasted on. 1st Jan on two TV one on Onida old one and other on led samsing tv.
