The cheapest of his wave. And I might have an idea as to why. If you don't want or can't afford the more recent Ultraman figure, this is your next best bet. It's the same figure, but with brighter colors and a different head. And different wrists because he also doesn't have interchangeable hands. But, although he only differs slightly from his more current counterpart, this Ultraman isn't as Ultra as he may think.And I'm not speaking out of preference, although the winner for that remains the same, just about one teensy weeny thing: the colors. "Liking the darker one IS a preference, dummy!" No, silly. Not the costume colors, his skin colors. Not like that!!! I mean he has different skin tones throughout his body! Looking closely, probably not at my pictures cus I don't think I captured that well, his head is darker than his neck and his hands are paler than the two.It's quite odd. And I've seen other images, he's just like that. Everything else about him is fine. The sculpt is good, but a little iffy on the head design. Could've been a bit more accurate to the comic. The joint between shoulder and arm wasn't stiff like most figures. It looks and feels pretty good. It IS pretty good.

Anyone who collects action figures knows that packaging must be in pristine condition. This figure's box arrived with the bottom completely ripped apart. This must be a joke cause charging that amount for damaged goods is not cool!!!
