Q: Does ths downrigger come with a male electrical connector ? What bulkhead mount female connector can i use on boat?

Comes with male and female connections

Q: Does this come with the power cable or do i need to get one?

There is a power cable that is built into the down rigger. You need a socket to plug it into. The company is based in Nanaimo BC Canada. Call them up they are responsive and helpful.

Q: Does it have autostop?

Yes, with the Scotty stoppers tabs you place where and how deep you want. I use multiple depths so each stop just click on again, goes to next set. Does not use electronic feedback.

Q: Does it come with boat mount

It has a swivel base with 4 through holes in the corners. They supply long stainless steel bolts, washers and nuts. All you need for some boats. I mounted mine on an aluminum plate that slides along on the Lund t-slot rail.
