Does it operate at 220 Volts?

This ice maker operates on a110 amp socket. I believe a 220 amp would fry it.

how do clean the ice machine. Can someone help me with instructions?

Instructions say fill the water tank and then HOLD the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds, to initiate the clean cycle. Be sure to have the water drain (under the unit) over a sink or have it sitting on something with a pail under the drain when it dumps the wash water.

the power button is blinking how to get it to start producing ice?

When ours is blinking we add water shut lid and it starts making ice.

Is it noisy in daily use?

Kinda noisy, yeah. But I keep mine out of the kitchen in a guest bedroom closer to my office.
