Great delivery and a cheaper altrrnative
I ordered this to help get some added nutrients after illness. Ensure is quite expensive and doesn't last, and I decided to give this a try as it's a saving on the normal powder. I found it no different in using and it breaks up fine, though it does very much taste of unsweetened almonds so if you don't like that taste I recommend you find an alternative. I don't mind almonds and regardless I'm taking it for my health and are therefore not too bothered what it tastes like.

As I used this product because of a lack of appetite and sensitive stomach. It made me feel sick so I couldn’t continue with it that was possibly because of the iron in it and I can’t take iron

This tub only lasted for 4 days would be very expensive to keep up to. I was trying this for a bit more ile energy however I may of needed more time taking it to see results but way to expensive to keep paying this amount every week.Tastes really really good though
