It did not work. I still have only off and high speed fan.
2003 F150. Installed because it looked like the old one. It made no difference and did not correct the problem. The only fan speed that works is high. Other settings are the same as off. In other words the AC blower is either full on or nothing.

My F250 fan speed would only work on speeds 1,2 and 4.... changed out this switch now I have all 4 speeds again. Great price and simple to install.
