These work great to use daily to prevent dry eye and I love that they are individual use. You only need one for both eyes. The application is simple and for me, they do not cause any eye irritation.

I use these eye drops during the day, especially when my eyes feel dry. The single use vials make them easy to grab and use without any hassle, and I like not having to worry about contamination. When I put them in, they feel gentle and smooth. They do not sting or feel irritating, which makes them comfortable to use even when my eyes already feel a bit sensitive. I notice they feel more moisturizing than some basic drops I have tried, and they seem to absorb pretty quickly without leaving a heavy or overly blurry feeling for too long. That balance makes them easy to use during the day when I still need to stay active and focused. I usually keep a few vials in my bag and some at my desk so they are easy to use whenever needed. It is convenient not having to think about it too much since each one is already pre-measured. One thing I notice is that each vial is single use, so if I do not use the whole thing at once, the rest gets tossed. That is just part of the format, but it is something I keep in mind when using them. Overall, they are easy to use and fit into my routine without much effort. They are simple, comfortable drops that I reach for when my eyes feel dry.

I wasn’t sure if I should rate these as a four or five star - they’re not perfect, but I’ve had the best results from these drops than any others. They lubricate without blurring and last waaay longer than other drops. No pain with application. Dropper is better than the Systane PF dropper (IYKYK). The formula is not thick and they keep everything moving around without that gritty feeling. With dry eye you feel all the grit as your eyeball moves around but this ends that feeling. On good days (no autoimmune flares, no major environmental triggers) all I need are a couple drops in the morning, noon and night. And for Sjogrens dry eye, I think that’s pretty good. I think the “preservative free” aspect helps a lot too. Highly recommend if your tears evaporate too quickly or your eyes are just dry. This formula is very good.

Great lasting relief. I use them at bedtime. Then use the regular Refresh eye drops during the day. I use a computer during the day and I don't blink enough and my eyes get dry. This really helps.

This is my second time purchasing these eye drops, and they have become an absolute staple for me. Being preservative-free, they are incredibly gentle on the eyes and don't cause any stinging or irritation. The MEGA-3 formula provides deep, long-lasting hydration that keeps my eyes comfortable for hours, rather than just a few minutes like cheaper drops. The multi-dose bottle is also fantastic and much more convenient than dealing with single-use vials. Highly recommend if you struggle with persistent dry eyes!

I went to the eye doc cuz j was having an eye issue. He said, “your eyes are in great shape, here’s some drops. They’ll help with the dryness which is causing your issues.” Ok. He handed me some samples of this. I’ve used the Refresh Optive Advanced and I love the single use vials. They go with me everywhere. Now, these will go with me everywhere. My eyes feel hydrated which o didn’t know I needed. They’re expensive, so I try to get 2 uses out of each vial. The little topper thing that twists off will go back on the vial and save that the previous liquid doesn’t escape. A++. Terrific.
