Easy to swallow, I've had these before from a different and gave up taking because they were too expensive, there are really good value.

I have to say I am amazed at how quickly my knee started to feel better especially as that was the primary reason for buying the tumeric capsules.

Not sure of the benefits yet, but for me, they are very difficult to swallow.. It's the first time I've had capsules & I seem to be struggling to get them down. My next purchase will definitely be as tablets! 👍
