Not sure yet as not long been taking these, although there is a small improvement with my nails, I will not be going to a nail salon any time soon to get my nails done as having them done ruined my nails, left brittle and splitting.

Bad expiration date
Seems like good value for money but please check the expiration date. My 365 tablets only had 5 months left, received on 2 February and expires in July so no way I can finish it before then. So disappointed, will buy elsewhere
