Works better than expected
NJ shore gets terrible radio reception from Home Theater units. Not sure why, but even the Denon's can't get much from NY or Philly without help from a booster antenna. I got used to Sirius radio in my cars when they came with it for free, so good marketing there! My wife and I seemed to like one station particularly when sitting out back, so I bought an antenna (and home unit) to recieve it and play it on the outdoor speakers. The original one was a clamshell affair that was not good for a lot of reasons. It would even go out at the same time every day when the satellite must be somewhere it did not like. So I broke down, knowing this was a bigger install deal, but what the heck, we use it every day in the summer. It pulls in every station and doesn't go out. So if you want something that works right, and is in a saltwater environment - now for two years, and don't mind the size being a tad large (put it up above head and eye level and you'll forget it's there)- then buy it. I'd have given 5 stars but it is work to drill through the house and wire it. Not hard work - but time consuming work. The quality of the arm etc is ok but I imagine it'll rust eventually like everything else down there.

A Fine Performer - Get the FULL Info Sheet
I bought this terrific little antenna to cure an XM reception problem caused by the growth of trees around my home. I'd been getting by with the OEM antenna supplied with the radio just sitting inside a window for several years until the trees' growth finally blocked the antenna's view of the satellite. Time for a real outdoor antenna! The Pixel PRO-600 (purchased through an Amazon affiliate) actually arrived earlier than the promised delivery date. Amazingly compact, it appears to be made of quality materials assembled in a quality fashion. It was easy to mount (on a soffit trim board) and its design makes it simple to aim. Using the Azimuth and Elevation information supplied by Pixel Technologies (see next paragraph), I eyeballed a "close-enough" initial aiming, then checked the results with the XM radio's signal strength meter. This produced a very strong signal. The radio hasn't missed a beat since. One nit: The instructions packed with the antenna were not as comprehensive as the installation instructions on Pixel Technologies' website. Specifically, the very clear and comprehensive aiming data that made it easy to point the antenna correctly the FIRST trip up the ladder was not included in the shipped instructions. Go to the website[...]to download the more comprehensive Installation Instructions that include the aiming data.Great product, Pixel!

Best Satellite Radio Outdoor Antenna ever
For three years, I had used a Terk XM6 by Audiovox outdoor antenna for my XM radio signal. The first year and a half was fine with constantly available signal. Then the signal started dropping out occasionally, then eventually there was more "drop-out" than there was signal. Finally, there was no signal at all. I spent a lot of time calling XM and having them send a signal to me and talking to Yamaha who made my receiver that had XM ability.I had not replaced the antenna as I figured that they don't have any moving parts to wear out - what could go wrong? But I decided to order the Pixel Pro 600 antenna. I hooked it up to the coaxial cable already there, aimed it as instructed: point south on one axis and on the other axis set it to about a 45 degree angle. It worked perfectly from the day I put it in with never a missing signal over the past several months that I have used it.Very easy to install. Nice to have something do what it is supposed to do.

If you have a home Sirius/XM receiver, you need this antenna.
Spot on, this is the best antenna that I've used for sirius/XM home receivers, ever! It's got a very sturdy mount, and the aiming possibilities are flexible enough that you should be able to get a very good signal from almost any position. My signal strength shot through the roof after I hooked this to my receiver. I was using the older all plastic outdoor antenna available through Sirius/XM, which was taken out during a storm. It's small and unobtrusive, and works extremely well. Highly recommended for an outside mount for any receiver. I did not try mounting it in my attic area, as we have a very thick roof, but I wonder if it would work just as well under a single shingle layer roof. For rock on reception, and the best signal you can get, check this antenna out. It outperforms anything else I've tried...

Works with all Sirius & XM radios
Great antenna! Excellent quality. Works with all Sirius and XM radios.I bought this antenna after getting frustrated trying to use the Sirius/Audiovox home distribution kit. It turns out the Sirius (Audiovox) outdoor antenna only works with the older Sirius radios that provide 6.5 volts D.C. power. The newer Sirius radios and all XM radios provide 4.5 volts D.C. power. This antenna, from Pixel Satellite Radio will work with supply voltages from 4 to 7 volts D.C., so it will work with all (older and newer) Sirius radios and all XM radios. This is a rugged outdoor antenna that is built with quality materials. You get what you pay for, and this is worth every penny.

Good antenna, works great
Installation of this antenna greatly improved reception for SIRIUS-XM. However, this is not a casual installation. My house is wired with coax cable to every room, so I just had to run a short lead-in from the antenna to the distribution point to get to the receiver. Otherwise, the installation of cable from the antenna to the receiver will most likely be the greatest part of the installation.

Great outdoor antenna
This antenna is a well constructed and easy to mount to the outside of your home. It is very easy to adjust and set the angle and direction of the antenna once you have selected your mounting site.It comes with everything you need to install it except for the RG6 cable. The reception is perfect after connecting this antenna to 125 ft cable that leads back into the attic and to the XM stereo equipment. If you are looking for an outside antenna for your XM radio look no further, this is the one.
