Good product, got in good condition and doing good job for me. It's very hard for my wife to remove clean hard skin of her feet. But now it become very easy to clean. Thank you for your quality product. Now my product nor working. I think battery got damaged. You gave me a life time warranty. What to do ?

The machine stopped working suddenly after 4 months of light use, the quality is not meeting the expectations at all.

Was good until both units stopped works in few months
The product was really good for hard skin but unfortunately it stopped in 3-4 months. The own harmony team was very professional and sent a replacement however that also stopped working in a few months. I wish it worked cuz I cannot find any other that worked so well on thick hard skin

Amazing
The product is really amazing and I love the fact that it’s a round one so it can reach much more angle than the rectangular classic ones of competitors. Also I love that there is two different speeds. It’s also very good that it’s rechargeable so I don’t have to worry about battery. I’ve also tried it in the shower and I’m glad to confirm it’s waterproof !
