Every house should have one of these
This thing is revolutionary when it comes to hooking yo water lines. It was easy to install and hook up to, and it saves a load of trouble and headaches when new lines need added or old ones need fixed. The ability to shut off one targeted spot in the house and leave water flowing to the rest of the house is incredible.

Easy to install
What an amazing way to replumb an entire house. Feels like a breaker box for your water fixtures. Easy to install and switch over from previous "Home run" type plumbing.

Same as expected. Product received in good condition. No issues so far, it works as intended. Value for money spent. However, it would have been better to include the main water line 3/4” connections which was missing in the kit. Since I was prepared based on other reviews, I already purchased from Home Depot.

Leaking
This thing is leaking.

Well worth the effort, but make sure you order everything you need.
The product was easy to install, but did not include the instructions. I had to download it from Viega. Despite several other post warnings, this unit came with all of the connectors. (and the valve key) I highly recommend you buy the special wrench to tighten the connectors as they are not hex shaped. The spacing is tight, especially if you have insulated the tubing. I added shut off valves to the main inputs. You must buy the input connectors and cap separately, as well as the crimp rings for the connectors. I replaced an aging polybutylene manibloc (Vanguard) with this system and it took only two days by myself. I ended up using Shark Bite push connectors to connect to the old system (polbutylene and PEX). Be sure the tubing is free of scrapes and scratches or the connections will leak.

Perfect product
Much more affordable than the local supply house so I decided to buy it. It’s just like the one there. Haven’t had a problem with it at all and it’s been installed for about 18 months.

Design flaw
After emailing viega about half of the ports having very small leak. Viega responded that this is normal that any unused ports need to be capped. I don't have a problem with this other than I need to buy them. To me this is a design flaw that the manufacturer needs to address. We are building a new house and as we finish a room we are using it. Now I will need to buy a lot of caps that will not be needed later. If I knew this going in l may have found better way of doing it
