I own 4 of these! Fantastic product for someone with back issues - two for office, one for car, one for home. Makes a huge difference in seating comfort and reduced pressure. The thickness is just right which eliminates pressure on hamstrings. Tried just about every product there till I found this. Even though it says for travel, I use it for day to day. Makes driving very comfortable. 2 of mine are a year old and still perfect. Also - it looks good on your office chair - blends right in versus all the other brands. Price in relation to quality is perfect.

I have scoliosis and have had terrible sciatica pain when sitting for almost 3 months. I have tried at least 8 different kinds of seat cushions and this is the only one that relieves the pain - and is also so conveniently portable for car/train/travel. It's exactly what I was searching for! When I called Ergo 21 with questions, Steve, the designer and creator of the Liquicell technology called me back himself and generously gave me his time to help figure out which of their seat cushions would be best for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I am using it in my office chair and it allows me to sit comfortably for longer periods - and for the first time in months, I am hopeful that I will be able to go on an upcoming trip without fear of the pain that is brought on by sitting. The Ergo21 Travel Cushion is a lifesaver - it's thin, lightweight and yet relieves pressure better than any thicker seat cushions I have tried!

After a motorcycle stunt gone wrong, I ended up in a wheelchair for the last 50 years.I have tried all kinds of gel and air cushions. The gel cushions got hard after a few hours of sitting and the air cushions that I got provided good relief but there were always some pressure points from the chambers.Also, the cushions lose air after a few weeks and unless I pump and test the air regularly, I end up uneven.I read about the Ergo21’s LiquiCell membranes and was intrigued. I got their Ergo21 Sports/Wheelchair cushion a couple of years ago and after 8 or 10 days my pressure sores went away. The cushion had good quality foam that gave proper support without compressing too much. The fabric cover is a stretch type material that does not pinch my skin.I got this Ergo21 Travel cushion for my other smaller portable wheelchair, and it provided the same level of comfort with no pressure points. Instant relief using ERGO21 ! I have 1 or 2 of nearly all ERGO21 products; THEY ALL HELP ME MORE than any other back cushion out there.I’m not exaggerating, 2 of 4 surgeons recommend I get a 4 level lumbar fusion (L2-S1). Was injured at age 63, now am a 71 y/o retired orthopedic & rehab RN who knows how to pace myself & mostly do the right things re: pain management. I may push pain to the back burner, but it pushes itself to the front again, sometimes on fire.EXAMPLES:1) Travel - using the lumbar back + sport seat in my old camper or car after a 5 - 6 hour drive (short breaks included), I literally stand up straight & walk about with 80% less pain or stiffness as without ERGO21.2) Back & Butt - the travel cushion is my favorite versatile “go to” cushion to minimize pain at home or even air travel,I sit on &/or place behind back (I have 2).AND I enjoy bicycling again, maybe not for hours, but long enough for either a little cardio or a lot of feeling good just cruisin’.4) Sleep - I try to travel often, the sleep pad has turned awful mattresses into an “awfully good” nights sleep.5) Foot Pain - after 5 foot surgeries since age 16, I use medical orthotics, but foot pain is still lessened by ERGO21 insoles.6) TV - I try to resist to do nothing in the face of pain, but at the end of the day I have to. The open coccyx Cush didn’t quite feel right until Steve said “turn it around” & voilà, easy fix for my old recliner7) Value - a supreme product by a super decent company for a very fair price & MADE IN THE USA! If you want to pay less, you’ll get a less effective product.The ERGO21 selection, is UNMATCHED & backed by the ultimate customer service of owner Steve Gambhir! He has amazing intuition & experience in designing a very helpful line of pain minimizing & comfort maximizing items.Just ordered the mesh chair cushion, lumbar roll + new to me foldable travel cushion w/o foam; I’ll add new review after I use them.More than words, it’s the experience !!I can’t say enough, but I’ve said enough.NanJanRN

Pros: helps on Honda’s CRVʻs horrible seats.Cons: the cover started to slip and misshape the padding starting about 5-6 months in and has to be adjusted everytime you sit down. I wanted to like it more than I do.
