Floating (double glass) frames for the win!
Perfect frame to display my hiking challenge patches! Easy to use and looks wonderful. My only issue was the frame had a broken corner but that was easily fixed with some gorilla glue.

Nice frame
I selected this frame because it could be wall mounted or free standing, which you don’t always find with floating frames. The stand was a little difficult to insert all the way. Took away a star because I wish holes had been drilled to let it be free standing in the landscape orientation, but it can only be free standing in portrait. Otherwise completely satisfied.

Needs how-to instructions. Otherwise good
Please include directions on how to change out the photo… not self-explanatory in the slightest. Otherwise it’s nice

Difficult design
Pros: Nice look (once dealt with), real glass, is setup for hanging both portrait and landscape. The frame itself (the "Carbonized Black") has a wood look to it.Con #1: Difficult design to put together. The two panes of glass slide into the top of the frame. You will need to remove a small slat of wood to remove the glass panes. I find putting together glass panes with something behind the backing glass a better design for getting a picture in and placed well. After securing my picture to the backing glass, getting the glass back into the frame was difficult. I had to shake the frame (trying not to break anything) to get the panes low enough in the frame so that (1) the small slat of wood would go back in and (2) the picture was centered in the frame as it was on the back pane of glass. Once all that was over, the picture does seem secure, however.Con #2: Instead of one centered, sawtooth hanger on the back, this frame uses two hangers. This arrangement means that you will need two nails or hooks (level) on your wall to frame the picture. The frame (I purchased the 11x14) is not heavy enough to need this arrangement. I much prefer only needing one hook/nail. I used a wire to create a center hanging line.Overall: Nice look, pain to deal with. Will look for other options in the future.

Grat Floating Frames
For the price, I really like these floating frames. I used it to frame my friend's art piece and it looks really good! There are two vertical and horizontal hinges on the back depending on how you want to hang them which is very convenient and sturdier than most frames. The actual wood itself is very light and feels a little cheap but it looks good and unless you are holding it you can't really tell. Handle with care and don't jam the little piece to keep the glass inside as it seems easily breakable. Overall, I give it 5 stars just because I think the value is worth the price as Michael's and Aaron Brothers tend to over-charge and they look really good as long as you're not planning to constantly interchange photos out of them

Perfect for displaying art!
After my mom had a major stroke 6 years ago, she came to live with me and pretty much all she wanted to do is color. I saved all of her “paintings”…as she called them. Mom signed and dated the back of her ‘paintings’. Mom passed away in September. Our first Christmas without her. Her ‘paintings’ are now framed in these wonderful frames and will be given as gifts to my siblings and mom’s sisters. This frame is perfect to display not only her art, but her name and date are visible on the backside of her art.Super easy to install the art. Beautiful frame! Thank you!!

Glue on Stock Picture
Whatever glue they use to stick the stock photo on doesn't come off very easily. If you stick a photo over it I'm sure it would be fine but the glue would still be viewable from the back. For what I wanted to use these for I had to have it come off. The glue is stuck on there so hard I thought I was going to break the glass trying to pull it off. I had to scratch the actual glass to get it to come off. Took me at least 10 minutes to scratch off. The frames are good otherwise. Just annoying that the photo doesn't come off so easily

great value
This is a budget option for sure, looks fine on the wall but the materials and build quality are as cheap as you can get without compromising the overall look. But that's what you came for when you saw the price wasn't it?
