Product is very good and working nicely. Installation was done by company person immediately within two days without any phone calls or reminders. Ready to help if any problems. You can not get 7.5kg machine at this price. Overall very good product.

Needless to say, the godrej products are very durable and sturdy. Have been using this product for last two years and no issues. Washing with hot water takes a lot of time; but, I think, we should use only the minimum/low water levels for hot water wash. That is the only reason for 4 stars, instead of 5 stars.

With in 20 days of purchase ,machine program and function is not working, it water level sensor is not working ,water overflowing , after complain raise techinician attend but problems not resolved. Now washing machine become dubba. Waiting for Techinician re-attemped. @godrej Washing Machine is just wastage of money and headache bouns. Better to buy well trusted brand.One more things you will not get e-mail ID's of Customer care for e-mail them regarding the raise the question.

Initially i was hesitant to purchase it as there were a lot of bad reviews for it but then i took a leap of faith in the brand and ordered it coz it was available at extremely low price and no cost emi.My mother loves it as she always wanted an in built heating system which you just cannot get it in this price range.No noises as mentioned in some reviews (we use it outdors anyway)

Liked design,colour and reverse timing......but dislike........to much sound.....

overall product is very good, only bad things is that hood close loudly, it's not a slow closing hood. except that no any washing machine cal beat this. cleaning is very good no doubt about it.
