Have to say I was impressed the first time I wore one and after 2 weeks on my right knee my pain levels have been considerably lower than I've had in years - so the copper and compression have 100% had an effect.My only concern is that after several washes they are not as good as they started out and do not stay put as well as they first did.However , for the benefit to my osteoarthritis I am very happy with the results for the small price paid.
