Works very well.
I have a slow digestive system and the food in my stomach doesn't break down like it should. I take one of these after a full meal along with a ginger chew and it does the job, and no bloating as well. I tried other enzymes without success, but these work for me.

A simple way to keep your gut healthy
This has made a great improvement in our digestion. We have healthy eating and cooking habits, but there are so many foods that may create a challenge to the system. There is no down side to adding this to the daily routine. Personally I have more energy since my gut isn’t working so hard to process food. Simple 1 capsule a day, with or without food, usually with a probiotic. This has all the necessary ingredients in the right proportions, and is very cost effective. Definitely recommended.
