Here is some advice. Ignore the Galaxy Buds2 and the Galaxy Buds Pro. Those two models were failures compared to other higher successful Samsung earbuds (Buds, Buds+, Live). If it says "pro" AND "2". It is a home run

Q: Has anyone had any issues with this version? before i buy it

I have not had one issue with the earbuds. They do work best with the Samsung Galaxy phone. I have the note 20 ultra 5G. They are pricier than most buds but I think well worth the extra money. This is the best price you're going to see on Amazon much cheaper even than going directly to Samsung. As with any earbuds you have to select the right tips to make them fit and stay comfortably in your ear.

Q: Will these work on an airplane to watch a movie?

Yes. It will work as long as you have a Bluetooth connection to the device you're watching the movie, on. Which is standard nowadays.
