As long as the base paint layer is perfectly glossy, this spray is best iv'e used in 30 years. Forget flame chroming it's impossible to get right and more expensive than this product.

Its not like perfect plated chrome but its about the chromiest paint you can imagine

It can have a really great finish, but other paints don't adhere to the surface of the chrome very well, making the final paintwork delicate.

Brilliant chrome paint, just dont touch it once its used. but comes our really well

what you should know is dont buy this product its not chrome best it mild silver Even after using a shiny black gloss underbase the best chrome to use is Liquid Chrome paint

Tiens sa promesse bien chromé (et non pas agenté comme certaines peinture dites « chromées ») , appliqué avec un Aérographe a 20€ (de mauvaise qualité) et le rendu est quand même superbe ! Très liquide, donne un rendu moins couvrant et brillant au pinceau, et surtout portez un masque, les vapeurs peuvent vite monter à la tête

Sin utilizar siquiera una imprimación queda muy bien. Con imprimación negra brillante es espectacular. El bote cunde mucho con aerógrafo y no necesita diluirse.

I rarely review stuff because I don't really care. I had to review this because this paint is amazing. I had a yellow runner full of Gundam parts and I sprayed two coats of the chrome paint. It looks like it came like that from the factory. A perfect mirror finish. I used an airbrush roughly 25-30psi and I would spray almost full paint and like 50% on the air portion of the dual action trigger. Make sure when you spray, it looks like chrome, you don't wanna go too light otherwise it will just look like silver paint. So yeah, go heavier than you think, plenty of paint on the part and then let it dry. Most parts were fine with one coat but I did two just because. Can't speak on durability yet but after one coat it seemed fine, time will tell. I touched one sample piece just to see if it would peel off, and it did not. $30 is what I paid and I used maybe 1/5 of the bottle to do an entire Gundam runner worth of parts roughly 40 individual small parts, comparing to other normal paints I've used for airbushing, I'd say this is great value for money. This is alcohol based I believe and dries super fast, second coat on the first part, right after my last piece was done without any issues. If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Definitely gonna pick this up again for any chrome painting needs.
